As I was drinking a little coffee and browsing
decor8 this morning, I came across these beautiful photos from
Stephanie Hanes. Everything has it's place, the colors are great, and I really love the wallpaper in the first photo. We haven't posted anything for awhile because we have been working hard on our studio space. We're very excited about how its coming along and I cant wait to put up pictures soon! Then, it's art time. We have a lot of ideas, just waiting to get our space together to execute.
Finally getting around to posting some photos of our newly renovated studio. The pictures seriously don't do it justice. Johnny built the twin partner desks, one of which is a screen printing unit, and he also crafted the awesome shelf on the wall and the counter-top over the flat files. A couple new, lovely additions to the studio are the Eames fiberglass shell chairs that we rescued from the U of M reuse center, the amazing vintage map that was a Christmas gift from Johnny's little brother Mark, and my shiny new sewing machine that I LOVE. It's been really nice to finally have a work space to make art in that is pretty organized and nice to look at. Thanks Johnny!
